Just got my license and a regulations booklet. 72 pages. Good grief. ???

I love it. It's so clear that when I fish on public waters I know EXACTLY what I can and can't do. It takes almost all the certainty out of fishing, and provides the regulations to keep it fair and enjoyable for everyone. It's such a big book because the regulations are specific and cover a huge spectrum of fish-related subjects.

I have my Grandfather's old hunting regs from ohio '48-'49 and it's just a slip of paper!!Every year the regs keep getting more and more complicated and/ or dumb.This year in ohio you have to make your own temporary tags up,but they print out a big full color paper explaining how to do it.Gee,what did that cost versus just printing out the temp tag with the license like they used too?..ward
