Title: PA Gobbling Activity

Any PA hunters out there hearing any gobbling?  I'm in South Central PA and it's been very quiet...

I am in Bedford, on Monday I heard probably five different birds.  All but one went silent after flydown and the one gobbling on the ground went the other way with his hens.  Gobbling was done by 6:30

ya hearin them here and there but nothing over the edge getting quiet after flydown

i was out last weekend..Quite a bit of gobbling in the trees but after flydown dead quiet...was tough going!!!

Same here in the northeast. Gobbling off the roost but quiet right after.

I'm in SEPA and birds were hammerin yesterday.  I took a nice bird yesterday who gobbled close to 50 times before 7:00.

Like usually the second half of the season there isn't a lot of gobbling after fly down but if you can get on a gobbling bird mid morning he's ready to die.
