The top is made from some killer walnut, it has a threaded removable mouthpiece that is elephant ivory. I carved three shot guns around the bell end, which will be gold leafed with 24 kt. gold. Going to inlay a couple shot gun shells with gold leafing on the brass part...on the second tier...this is one for the books! The second is one I call "Painted Pony" as that is what it reminds me of, made from some nice Arizona Desert Ironwood with sap, and American holly, it has a Blackwood mouthpiece. Going to make the lip stop out of Holly also....just thought I would share these as work in progress...enjoy, pappy
