Title: Best bird to date

this is the best bird i have called to a gun.
at 8:00am i heard a distant gobble to my call. after 5 moves and a good solid hour this bird fell to my gun at 15yds.
he sported a 12"Beard and had a matching set of 1 5/8" spurs.

Great bird Shawn! At first glance I thought it had a second beard!  Then I thought, he didn't mention that in his description and realized it was a shadow of the real one!

i would have loved to have taken this bird at the beginning of the season.
he has been doing what turkeys do and had dropped down to 17lb.
even at that weight he scored 73.5
