Looking for some opinions on the Woodhaven "Vision" Series of calls, both aluminum and crystal. What do you guys think of them and why?
All my calls are from woodhaven. The aluminum sounds awesome. Used it this weekend to call in three birds. I use a dymond wood striker with it tho.

I've used one but do not own one. They are semi-custom, I suppose, from a large maker. It sounds pretty good, but there is no indispensable mojo in it, particularly at that price.
They cost about $120-125, which brought to mind that I could own a bronzed glass and a crystal from Lon Trice or a number of other quality custom makers that have won the DD Adams Award.
It's all in the eye of the beholder if you pick that peg up and it gives you butter flies buy it its all ready building your confidence for the good! Are there cheaper routes with same out come that are a custom call you bet! Good luck
I've played the vision series calls and they aren't all they're cracked up to be IMHO. Plenty of other custom options that blow them out the water.
hmm there may be some equal but none i have found better, i have them both, the only problem i had was the first crystal i got was off but mike fixed that. there is no telling the birds that have died at the hands of those.
