Title: Limb saver on SteadyGrip
Post by: spaightlabs on April 08, 2013, 02:31:28 PM
1000 times better than the stock pad.  2 minute install.

Someone on here referred to the stock pad as a devils hammer...Can I get an amen.

I've emailed Benelli several times to ask the reason for putting the worst recoil pad in history on that stock, but no reply...

Did you go with the slip on or have they finally started making a drop in?

It's not a "drop in" per say, but the make one that screws on to a bracket that you slide inside the stock. It works well.

number 10404 I just put one on myself plus a stick on rubber cheek piece. I used sensitive painters tape on the stock where I applied the pad for easy removal.

Mr. Borden hit it on the head.  He is the one that introduced me to this work of art.
