I need a short rail for a single shot H&R to take when I get it drilled and tapped, where are yall finding the short Picaninny ones with multiple slots? The weaver I have on the 1300 only gave me 1 choice to mount it and its longer than needed.
Alot of us are cutting the base to the desired size.
OK, so where is the best place to get a Picatinny rail for this purpose? The more I look the more confused I get. :help:

You can buy them from HR. I may be wrong, but I figure the Handi rifle base would fit. Give H&R a call to see if that's true. Weaver may have one as well, they have a chart on their site.

I found this rail at walmart that has multi slots in it. Any reason this wouldnt work since I have to get drilled and tapped anyway?
