Title: Tube call ?
Post by: wisconsinteacher on February 25, 2013, 11:28:59 PM
I have not tried it, but can you put two reeds on a tube call?  My thinking is that mouth calls have more than one reed most of the time.

Yes you can!!  It can however be a pain to set the reeds up though if you have a real tight O-ring on the call is what I have found, but it will definitely work.

I'm very much a novice on a tube call but so far I really like running two reeds on my Houndstooth tube.

UPDATE: The more I'm getting use my tube call the more I prefer a single reed. I've learned that the proper stretch is crucial.
