I have the basic wood stock about 15 year old 870 12 ga shotgun and was looking to get a dot sight or equivalent......What would be a good sight that would mount easily? Thanks in advance!
When you say dot sight are you referring to a red dot? I have 2 870's with Nikon VSD red dot's on them and I love them. I have a Burris speed bead red dot on my SBEII and that is also a great sight. You may have to have the receiver drilled and tapped if it's not already done.
