You should get some good patterns out of the hevi 13 loads. I had a 535 for a few years, took a couple of birds with it. To this day it is the hardest kicking gun I've ever shot.

I have 2 of these 1 as a back up. Shoots h13 #6 great in 3 or 3.5 inch. Currently shooting nitros 3.5 2oz 4,5,7...Dead bird further than i would ever think about shooting. It does kick, however i never notice when shooting a bird. I hold it lightly and the barrel comes up and is not as hard on the shoulder.

I have a thumbhole 535 that i love to hold, but dread to shoot 3.5-inch shells with. However, it shoots 3.5-inch lead #5 & 3-inch hevi#6 well through a Jellyhead .660.
