Title: Vinci Owners
Post by: AUTiger on February 14, 2013, 08:36:27 PM
I was just curious what you guys thought of the different configurations.  I'm looking at buying one soon.  Locally I've found one standard one with 26" barrel, one with the steady grip, and a bunch of Super Vinci's.  I keep telling myself that I'll use it for other things but the reality is it will most likely be a turkey gun.  With that said I was hoping to hear some pros and cons about the steady grip and super.  I've been going back and forth on all three configurations and just wanted some opinions from people using them.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

I've got the "standard" Vinci in 12 GA.  Great gun.  Sent it out to Briley and had it "souped up."

Forcing cones lengthened and polished, trigger job, cut barrel to 20", ported barrel, etc.

Its the ultimate turkey gun.  Very light and tight patterning.  Unfortunately I bummed up my shoulder and am going to the 20 GA this season.

I'd recommend the Vinci.
