What size dot are u guys using? Also does this sight have any magnification?
8 MOA . First year though. Thought it might be too big, but once it was mounted and looking thru it I think its exactly right. Used a Muelller sight last 2 years and it was a smaller dot, lower quality. Think the Burris will be better all around.
I had the FFII first with the 4MOA dot. When I bought the FFIII I went with the 3MOA dot. I like a small aim point. There is no magnification.
I have a FFII with 4moa. A buddy just got the III with 8moa. I didn't think I'd like the bigger dot, but I do.
I agree with Whiskey,too. I prefer the smaller dot. I have a FFII w/ 4MOA and a FFIII w/ 3MOA. I also like the ability to change the intensity of the dot on the FFIII, and the ability to change the battery without having to remove the sight is advantageous. JMHO, John
I have the FFIII with the 8 MOA dot, and I love it. The 3 is just too small for my liking.
