Well I bought 6 boxes of the Old Federals yesterday. I found them behind some Winchester XR 4's after I noticed a different colored box in the back. They are the 3.5/2.25/5 loads. I will be running them in the Mossy 935.
those are some bad loads in my 835,they ought to do good in your 935

What choke are you shooting them thru?
I have a .676 stardot, a .695 undertaker,and a .679 TG gobble stopper
they do real good out of all of them
I borrowed my stepdad's 835 yesterday and with the Truglo GSX .679 it put up 145 in the 10 at 40 measured yards.
If my 935 will do that - it will never see HTL.
I would sure like to see a picture of the box those shells come in. I haunt just about every old / small town sporting goods store and hardware store i can, and sometimes they will have old, faded boxes of shotgun shells for sale.

Here you go. This is Fastcat's photo, but mine are all these kind of boxes. 12 gauge 3.5/2.25/5.

Dadgumit. I have seen those type boxes recently. Cant remember where. Now I know what they look like. Thanks!
They are awesome lead loads. I will be buying all I can.
Found some in an old hardware store, along with some other good deals.
Now i know what to look for, that blue-gold box is easy to spot. here is the pic i couldn't attach to my post last night. Old Federals on the left.

Those are the ones! I picked up 4 more boxes Saturday at a little mom and pop shop. That makes 10 boxes of those. I will shoot up probably 2 boxes patterning and getting used to the gun, but the other 80 will only fly at long beards.
