Very cool pics. Its known as smoke phase or gray phase. Not all that uncommon in hens but much rarer in gobblers. I have seen one hen on one of my properties like that.

These are smoke phase wild turkeys. Tame turkeys have short stubby legs. These turkeys have all the characteristics of wild turkeys. They are just a color phase of a wild turkey.
