I moved back to Montgomery in June. Hopefully I'm through moving for a while now.
Excited to be here to defend our title.
I'm trying to get ready to build a house so trips this year are more than likely off. Gonna have to really kick it in to get one of these South bama birds that scores high enough to help the team this year!
Then again you never know when I might get the bug and make a mad dash for Kansas or Nebraska. Lol! If it gets late in the season and we're really needing the points I guess I could sacrifice some savings and make a trip! Lol! Take one for the team so to speak!

Hey guy's I'm just checking in. I have finally recovered from deer season withdrawls so I have turkey's on my mind now. I'm not as hardcore as you guy's but I'll do my best to help our team dish out a little butt kicking. :icon_thumright:
I should have plenty to hunt in our home state. I added 1100 acres close to home in Bibb Cty that hasn't been legally turkey hunted in 5 years....it's loaded with birds. We also added another 500 acres to my Dallas Cty club so that's going to give me a little more ground to chase some birds on. My only draw back is the amount of time I will have to hunt. I'm home for the first 5 days and then I'll miss the next 14 due to work. Maybe I can get one or two opening week.
