Apparently, the impending Apocalypse hasn't caused a mad rush on shotgun loads.
All types of factory loads are readily available for the ol' corn shuckers, as of 1-14-2013.
Reloading components are a little hit and miss, but you can still get shotgun reloading components, especially if you're willing to try different powders. Bass Pro is sold out of many of the powders they stock, but Van's has a strong supply of most powders. (However, I can't find any Blue Dot locally.)
Ive noticed that also,which is fine by me.I guess its not cool unless you shoot zombies with a .223 or 9mm.As far as i'm concerned for home defense,i'll take the scattergun all day every day.
I like my 9mm for shooting zombies and 2 legged pest around the house
