Ive felt weird about the timing of several of the mass shootings lately as far as the timing to important gun issues. I've also been very uneasy about how quiet Obama had been on gun control up to this point considering his past on gun control and all the anti gun people he appointed to key positions during his first term in office.

I'm the same as all you guys. I haven't wanted to say much so people didn't think I was running around with a tin foil hat on and had some agenda against the government. There are to many coincidences in this to me though as far as timing and things not adding up. When I first mentioned my suspicion to my wife she made a great point, this stuff happens in other country's why should ours be any different? Also looking at history you can see the potential for it too. We would be ignorant and arrogant to say that this couldn't happen here.
No matter what though, its sick to think that even if its not some scandal, these liberal crooks were just hoping something like this would happen so they could pounce on the opportunity.
Either way I don't trust my government but I do trust my God.

Yes Frank I should be removed from the site for posting a video I found interesting. I'm sorry I stepped on your toes. So when Obama makes another executive order in 2015 or so that he can be president again I promise I won't say anything. Ok I watched it....It does bring some questions to mind but I also know how bad the media can get some info screwed up. The guy who made this video was just like the media in some regards as well. He pointed out that there was no ambulances close but if you pay attention to the video you can see several parked very close by.
I do wonder if it's true about the families not getting to see their childs body?

I didnt watch this one, but I've seen a few others. They are popular right now. Yep, I found a lot of things odd, while seeing the coverage live. I still wonder what happend to the guy who was in camo/tactical gear that they arrested in the woods on camera, and the guy that was cuffed near the building and put in a cop car on camera. I dont think Obama ordered the death of those kids, but I find it hard to belive that this kid did this on his own. But I can be wrong.
And it wouldnt suprise me to see Obama find away to stay in office. There is already a House bill to repeal the 2 term max for president. A congressman for NYC is pushing it.

That really got me suspicious. Who acts like that if in fact their child was just gunned down?
I watched the coverage at work on channel 3. It was chaos in the reporting. Nothing initially reported was ever confirmed. The gunmans identity was wrong, misreported, unconfirmed for literally hours.
The guy captured in the woods fleeing the scene in camo/military gear? Where's the news on his involvement?

I remember it well. He said it the first time in Wisconsin in 2008 during his first campaign. If he goes thru with a weapons ban of any sort it makes him a total liar and proof is in history.
It does make some worrisome points that do not add up. I was always curious as to the news report that two pistols were used, then that disappears and all they mention is the AR15 now. I guess it fits into the Obama gun control plan better.

If I'm not sadly mistaken, the coroner gave the information at one of the press conferences that all the fatalities were the result of fire from the "long" weapon, aka a rifle, and that the suicide was achieved with the use of one of the handguns.
I honestly think much of the misinformation that came out as the situation was unfolding is similar to the old game of whispering a story into the ear of the person next to you, then them whispering it to the next person, etc. By the time it gets passed around through a dozen people or so, the story often doesn't resemble the original. Each person tends to put their own "spin" on something, and in cases like this, where the media is so hungry for information, it is understandable, to me, that personal thoughts sometimes get expressed as fact.
I'm not saying conspiracies never exist, just that I don't always automatically assume there is one. We had a kid arrested here locally before the Newtown shootings. He had mental health issues, and was planning a massacre similar to the one in Aurora. He orginally planned on starting the attacks at the local theater, but eventually decided to change his plans and go to Walmart instead, so he would have a ready supply of ammo if he ran out. His mother found out he had purchased a gun, and contacted the local police, telling them he had a history of mental health problems, and she didn't think he should have a weapon. When police began questioning him, he spilled his guts. No conspiracy there, just an unbalanced person planning a copycat attack.
