THIS IS A PIC OF A REGULATOR PRESSURE GAUGE THAT WAS ATTACHED TO AN AIRBRUSHING PUMP THAT I BOUGHT, AND THE RUBBER FOOT OFF THE BOTTOM OF THE PUMP ITSELF. WHEN I GOT THE BOX IN, THE NIPPLE FOR THE OUTLET SIDE WAS STICKING OUT OF IT WITH A HUGE HOLE RIPPED AROUND EXPOSING THE NIPPLE.........NOW I AM NOT ONE TO GET REALLY ANGRY...BUT GEE WHIZ....I AM NEVER GOING TO SEND OUT ANYTHING OF THIS TYPE THROUGH THE USPS...AND IF I BUY ANYTHING ELSE, I AM GOING TO PAY THE LITTLE EXTRA TO GET FEDEX OR UPS TO DELIVER.....150.00 PUMP RUINED THROUGH THE CARELESSNESS OF THESE PEOPLE.......
Was it shipped insured? Have you filed a claim with usps ?
Ive been sending my lanyard us mail. I watch them handle packages and they are not always easy on them.
Man that Stinks pappy! >:(
Don't even try to claim on insurance, they will fight you to dooms day to keep from paying. it's a joke, sorry for your loss, buy another one and use this for parts, or make you a nice little soda blaster from it.
No way will I try to fight them, when the post master handed me the box the first thing that she said was "Oh look they didn't package this one right, it has a hole in the side of it, you need to get a hold of the sender and have them pay for any damage"....here is a pic of the box, you tell me if the hole was due to ms-packaging.....and the young man who sent it is headed out to Iraq for duty, you think I would make him pay for the damage? No way......

that's a inspection hole, that must have came airmail they droped it over your zip code.
Sorry for your bad luck Pappy ! :( :(
I ordered an Alpha Crosslock (Buck) knife on e-Bay. The envelope that it was shipped in arrived empty; the shipper just used bubble wrap envelope with no box. Between USPS and the shipper I ended up with nothing for the price of $60.00. I don't trust them a bit. Another thing that gets me is that I live in a town of about 2500 people. I have a PO Box. If someone sends something to me addressed to my street address, the post office sends it back. Finally I got tired of it and put up a mailbox (and kept my PO Box). Now I get all kinds of mail addressed to my street address AND IT'S DELIVERED TO MY PO BOX! THey just dink around and mess with you and then they can't figure out why they're losing business and going broke.
That really bites!! :(
God Bless,
David B.
Which is why I will use UPS.
Been there. Done that with a MEC 28ga Reloader. It took them 3 weeks to get it to California from Texas. Never, ever, never again! UPS from now on.
