The ATF recently issued its updated ruling on the importation of shotguns. You might find it interesting.

Thanks,

As I read it, this only effects guns manufactured outside the US and imported into the US. For instance, Since ATI stocks are manufactured in the US, The Akita telescoping stock or the side folding tactical stock are exempt, even if they are being installed on an imported shotgun. Likewise, if a foreign gun manufacturer decides to open a manufacturing plant in the US, all guns manufactured in the US would be exempt.
Sporting purpose test ? How about the Special Second Amendment test ?
Yep , warning sign of the times - even shotguns are in the crosshairs this time
The link didn't work for me, and I was beginning to think I'd downloaded a virus.

According to the ATT Treaty that's before the UN at present, ALL guns will be subject to international laws, cataloging, ownership tracing, etc. PLEASE GET INVOLVED POLITICALLY AND CONTACT CONGRESSMAN AND SENATOR IN YOUR RESPECTIVE AREAS. THEN, PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH AND PASSIONS ARE: THE NRA!!!
They are coming after them boys, be ready, it will be a war to keep them.... :smiley-patriotic-flagwaver-an
