Does anyone own or hunt with both the Woodhaven Cherry Classic crystal and the David Halloran Crystal Mistress or his Twisted Sister. Which one do you like best and why? If you didn't already own both and just heard them both, which one would you buy?

I have all three. Rarely use the WH any more, but it is high quality. Not as raspy as the Hallorans. Great sound. My favorite of the three is Crystal Misstress. All are killers.
I have all three but if I could only have one it would be the crystal mistress. You can't go wrong with any of them. They all sound great.
I have the Twisted Sister, but I have played the cherry classic and the Crystal Mistress. Halloran's calls are top notch and a little cheaper as well. I believe Macks Prarie Wings has the Crystal Mistress and the Twisted Sister on sale right now.
i've not owned either of the two halloran crystals, but have owned the woodhaven. i liked the woodhaven, but as stated before, the woodhaven isn't as raspy from top to bottom as either of the two hallorans. i've played the hallorans and really love their sound. to me, the crystal mistress is closer to the woodhaven than the twisted sister, as the sister has more overall rasp than the mistress...again, this is just my opinion. also, as stated earlier, both hallorans are cheaper than the woodhaven too. the woodhaven is high quality, but for me, the hallorans are just as high in quality, the finish might be lacking a little compared to the woodhaven, but the craftsmanship is definately there and the sound is phenominal.

on sale for $49.99 I would go with one of the two Hallorans. if you like rasp get the twisted sister but if you want sweet higher pitched notes go for the mistress
Also have all three, can't see me ever using the Woodhaven again. I know the CM is deadly from last year, we'll see about the TS in a couple weeks.
