Title: hevi-13 Nitro 7777ss
Post by: Wingmaster on February 23, 2011, 03:11:12 PM
All right fellas got some questions for the experts.  I've been shooting 4x5x7 nitros in 3.5" 870 and 3" 11-87.  Want to try some Hevi-13 in both the 3" and 3.5" #7 and also 5x6x7.  What do you think about the h13 5x6x7 compared to the straight 7.  I want some good 40 yd #s without buying a new choke.  I have a Jellyhead/RSF/and a few others.  Thanks for the help.

Try the 3.5" 2.25oz #7s they are the real deal. Depending on the size of your jelly head you should be around 250-320 pellets in a 10" circle at 40. Theres no reason to use the mag blends when the 7s pattern better and will kill at 60-70

Jhead is a .570.  In your experience will the h-13 7s pattern better than the 4x5x7 nitros in this set up.

The jelly head for a Rem 12GA is either .665 or .660.

Fellas I modified it and squeezed it on down, its a wild cat and will put all the pellets in a 3" circle at 40 yds.   :newmascot:
Its a 660, I've been playing around with the 20 ga. too much here lately.

Repeat JH 660.
Thanks
