What choke/load would you guys recommend for a Winchester SX3 NWTF 20ga w/ a 24" barrel?
A friend of mine shoots an IC .560 with nitro straight #7's in his. His has the 26" barrel.

Quite surprisingly to me, I tried a Hastings 585 in my Brng inv+ 28" bbl the other day and it shoots the Fed FC lead and HWs very well.
The 585 is equal to 575 in rem/ win invector choke constriction.

Use the Hevi13 or Magnum Blend shells. They are denser than lead and
give you so much more down range energy. You will need that will
a lighter gauge gun.
A pellet of equal size made from the same material and shot at the same velocity will be the same whether shot from a 410 or 10 gauge.
A 20 gauge doesn't shoot lighter than a 12 given the same velocity.Recoil may be different however.
I'm also interested in choke/load recommendations for the SX3 20 gauge NWTF w/24" barrel???

works for me too. 170 in the circle at 40 yards. I have the 26" barrel. Pic in the 20 gauge pattern pic forum. HW 7's. Choke costs $22 on EBay.
