First of all, I have his aluminum/maple pot call and it's unbelievable. It's my go to call. It can make any sound a turkey makes.
I sent a buddy who was going to the NWTF show to David's booth to pick up a Crystal Mistress. Somewhere between the show and home the call became cracked. I sent David an email asking if he had any suggestions on how I could repair it myself. He called me back within 20 minutes and told me to send it to him and he would replace it. It was not broken when he sold it, but he is still willing to make it right. I think this helps settle the argument that pops up from time to time about Custom vs. Commercial calls. I doubt HS Strut would have stood behind their product like this. So thanks to David Halloran for making great calls and thanks for taking care of your (now more loyal than ever) customers!
