Title: which one would yall use
Post by: imtalkinturkey on March 06, 2012, 01:17:42 PM
Was gonna use some light birdshot loads to check poa of my gun but I found some old turkey loads that I know I am not gonna use may seem like a silly question but I was just wondering :fud:

Either will work. The light loads will be easier on your arm. All this does, is get you close to your POA/POI. You must zero it in with what you intend to hunt with. Good luck...Mike

Give your arm a break and shoot the light stuff.

The only TRUE way to sight in your gun and test your pattern is to shoot a minimum of 15...3.5" 1200 fps Hevi Mag blends.  You will know you are about there when your lip is bleeding and your cheek has started to swell.   :TooFunny:
