Title: Another 870 ?
Post by: wisconsinteacher on January 01, 2012, 06:48:26 PM
Has anyone tried this for their 870?  It is snowing and blowing 40 mph so I had time to look at a lot on line and round this.  Thanks.

It's easy to replace that spring and reduce the pull weight. There are several sources for them. I believe that I've read posts here in the past about folks using these.

Thanks,
Clark

The biggest problem I had with my 870 trigger was the creep. I got a timney trigger that fixed creep and the poundage a little more expensive though.

I just got an 870 a few weeks ago when a land owner told me I could hunt deer on his suburban land with slugs.  Saw your post and figured $11.25 was worth a try on this.  Went to GB and bid on one that ends tomorrow.

So if you want to wait a week or so I can tell you how they work.
