The factory fit of the Remington Super Cell Recoil Pad, for Remington Guns with Wood Stocks, is nearly perfect on my NEF Pardner. It costs about half as much as the Limbsaver.
A good cheap alternative for a super hard-kicking factory gun. It flat-out stomped me with its hard plastic butt plate and 3" turkey loads.
Just thought I'd pass along the info.
That is good to know did it reduce the felt recoil to an acceptable level?

I haven't shot it yet. I'm chasing deer right now. But, I'm sure there will be a substantial difference between having no pad at all, and having the Remington Supercell pad.
I have not heard a bad thing about your new recoil pad, let us know how it works when you test it.
Like to see a pic.
You can see a pic of the SuperCell pad on the Remington website.

They help tremendously, not that the recoil has ever been a problem but the new pads are leaps and bounds better than the old hard rubber ones.....very comparable to the limb saver that I put on my benelli's.
Ive been wanting a supercell for my older Walnut stocked 1187 - Did you get a good deal ? where at?

Somewhere around $20+ at a small town store in Mississippi.
