land owner said that the turkeys were coming thru about 10-11am,daily mostly, got in,on 10/13/2011 and set up at 8.15am in my new crossbow crossbones ameristep blind,turkeys were supose to come from right to my left.......go figure look down the hill and here comes two from my left...hen walkd up within 10yds of blind and he followd,but never made it pastd the 15yd mark.....shot at 8.55am,almost feel cheatd that the hunt was over sooo fast,but thats how sometimes it happens...18lbs, 6in beard and 3/4in spurrs...shot with my remington 1100, 2 3/4 nitro remington #6 shot and now i can get back to bow huntn...good luck to all in their season..be safe
