The trumpet was my fourth attempt....notice the mouthpiece? LOL.....it was amboyna burl with redheart and elephant ivory and MOP.....the next is the only one a 1,000 dolla' pot call....with the shredded bills and 24 kt. gold flakes.......can't remember who got this one.....then the knife...i replaced the original handle with Elk antler I carved on, with cast acrylic butt, the blade came off of a knife out of Europe and is supposed to be Damascus, I stipple the guard and applied old ink to the handle after I carved it. Get a kick out of the "coffin" box I made for it. Just a reminder of things gone by...anyone else?
