I'll say 575 Carlsons flush mount.
Keep in mind only you know what shells you want to shoot, your typical shot distance, how dead you want your turkeys vs how much " wiggle" room you like and whether it's being shot by a youth hunter or a more experienced adult. All of the above will influence choke choice.
