Title: Stoger M3020 choke question
Post by: strum on February 07, 2026, 05:05:11 PM
This is the best pattern i got last year using Federal TSS #9s  . I get better results from my 20 ga 870.  I sent as email to Sumtoy asking if he has something that'll tighten this up. I may be asking to much lol. I mean its not bad.
Just wondering what you guys think ?

What distance is that at? I think that's a great pattern that gives from for error in any direction if you're a little off or the birds head bobs

That's an awesome pattern for 30-yds. How did you make out at 40-yds?

I never shot a 40yard pattern test. I can say i killed a bird that was 35 to 40 yards.  Im not saying this is a bad pattern at all. I just know my 870 is a little bit tighter.
