So Kentucky is supposed to be the Saturday closet to April 15. The 15th. is on a Wednesday so would it open on the 18th or the 11th. Technically the 18th is the closest. Natural resources office said they can't let me know till next year when their guide comes out. Ugh!
After what I experienced this year, I wouldn't mind if they moved up the Kentucky to the first weekend of April.
KY will open on April 18th.
