Contest aside, we hunt turkeys until seasons close. Here in MN, the state gives us a last opportunity to fill a tag from May 21 to May 31. Other states have late seasons as well. If you are still hunting, in state or out, let us know what's going on with you. Several team mates have been particularly quiet which is fine in the woods but we would love to hear your stories here.

Cheers  ;D

I've lost my fastball so took today off.  Have had close encounters but like I said, I've lost my fastball.  Still have 2 weeks to go.

I have been away the last few days with my wife for our anniversary (19 years).  I still have a trip planned down to WV for a day or two and I will be hunting until PA season is over on 5/31.  I'm trying to get a bird for my son and one for a friend too but not having much luck.  We have had the worst weather for turkey hunting this year.   Had 5" of rain last week, 2.5" called for this week, and when it's not raining wind is 25mph+.    Crazy year for sure.   Hope this isn't a new normal.
