Anybody ever use this site to go on a turkey hunt?

I've looked at it often but never used it.  Gives a good base point when shopping around in different states.  The Osceola is becoming a very expensive bird.  If looking seriously  at Florida check the individual outfit's actual location. It's there. You might be surprised at how far north they are at times.  On other out of state hunts you'll find many are no more than lodges surrounded by national forest.  See this in Merriam territory all the time.  You are hunting land open to all but you'll get a place to stay and pointed in the right direction.  Might be worth it if the price is right.

Good luck.

Thanks for the response,  if I look at florida your saying they need to be in the southern portion to be in Osceola territory?

I wouldn't consider an osceola hunt north of hwy 70

I've taken Osceolas on both sides of SR70 but this argument flourishes every year. I-4 might be more reasonable.  If your going for a slam all you need is to follow the FWC and NWTF guidelines. Stay basically below the Suwannee River and you're golden. Don't ever even hint at the word "hybrid".  Good luck.
