Title: Hens are rough in Tennessee
Post by: RutnNStrutn on April 28, 2025, 10:56:51 AM
In 35 years of turkey hunting, me seeing an aggressive hen was rare. I've only seen 2 hens strutting and roughing up my hen decoy. But in the last 2 weeks I've had it happen 3 times!! I don't know what has changed but these hens are tough!! At least it fills the void with a little action during the slow hunting. Anyone else notice a change in hen aggressiveness?

I had one strutting in my yard last month. A first time experience for me.
