Title: Bocote Trumpet
Post by: GregGwaltney on December 23, 2024, 07:29:53 AM
Hey guys, just sharing a Bocote trumpet that kept its figure to completion. I listed this one for immediate sale on my website in case anyone is interested. Purchasing on my website can now be completed via most credit cards as well.

That's a sweet piece of wood. Nice work, as always, Greg!

Wait till ol' Boatpaddle opens up this thread and sees that bocote...he's gonna like that.

Thanks guys, this Bocote blank made my day! I also think Bocote is underappreciated for its use in trumpets, stuff sounds great.

Cool, love to see success pics....this looks to be a sister blank from the one I pictured in this thread. I was lucky enough to buy a large chunk of Bocote with this unique figure in it, have a few left.
