Title: Sometimes the mail is good

I received 2 trumpets today from Steve Mann.  The first is an ironwood trumpet with a buffalo horn mouthpiece.  It has the Mann Made ferrule.  I also convinced him to sell me one of his original prototypes that I really liked.  It is made of montouchi with a blackwood mouthpiece and a montouchi lip stop.

Nice horns and I'm sure they run as good as they look

It just keeps getting better.  This ironwood Hex beauty from Ralph Permar is on the way.
