NM Goulds/Triple Slam opportunity: New Mexico is again holding a raffle for three spring tags for this spring season running from April 15 to May 10, 2011. The winner of the raffle will receive a license to hunt one Goulds gobbler and permits for two of the other subspecies we have in NM....Merriams and/or Rio Grande. Only 1500 tickets were printed for the raffle and they are $5 each. You can buy as many as you want of those that are left. At this point, I believe about half of the tickets have been sold. The hunt is transferrable (you can sell it or give it away to someone else) and the winner can bring a guest or two along if they want (guests must pay their own way, but can purchase licenses to hunt Merriams or Rios if they want)
The drawing for this hunt will be held on March 5th, so if you want to get tickets, time is starting to get short. Please PM me for details about how to order tickets if you are interested.
Those that have already ordered tickets from me,....thanks a lot for the support! I am hoping that an OG member wins this year. You can rest assured that I will do everything I can to make your hunt enjoyable while you are here.
The funds raised will be used for Goulds turkey management in New Mexico.

We are quickly running out of time for those who wish to get a shot at this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The drawing is next Saturday (5th). If anybody else wants tickets, let me know right away.
The winner of this hunt can hunt anytime during the 2011 NM spring season April 15-May10). The winner can pick a five-day period in that time frame in which they will receive some transportation assistance, if needed, from the El Paso International Airport to the Goulds hunting area. The winner will also have food and "camp-out" accommodations during that 5-day period.
The winner can also bring a guest or two on the hunt, at their own expense. Although guests will not be able to hunt during the Goulds portion of the hunt, they may purchase permits to hunt Merriams and /or Rios, although these subspecies are not found in the same area as the Goulds (if the winner kills a Goulds gobbler, we will relocate to another area for Merriams, and possibly Rios).
It is our goal to provide the winner of this hunt (and guest) with an enjoyable hunting experience in New Mexico.

A Goulds would complete my "Super Slam"!!! If there are any tickets left I would be interested in at least 1, but to better my chances I would be interested purchasing 5. How do I get the tickets and where do I send the check, email me the information.

Thanks for getting back to me. I just wrote the check and as soon as I am done here I will be putting it in the mail. I enclosed a check for $50.00 for the appropriate number of tickets (10). I hope that the check gets to you in time because I am from Pennsylvania. If you get the check in time for the raffle please take care of filling out the ticket stubs for me with the name and address listed on the check. Thanks
