Does anyone on here own one of his pot calls or ever owned one? If so what is your opinion on how it plays and sounds?

Thats a beauty. I don't want to sound ignorant but what is the difference between 2,3,4,and 5 track players?
Nothing more than how many tracks Red decided to put on a particular call, so far as I know.

If you are going to get one from red get one of his coppers, they are his "signature" call imo and they really are top notch. I have 3 of his coppers, two slates and a glass. I have quite a few, Ole Redbeard is heck a turkey man and his calls are top notch. I can't remember how many I have.More than 5 less than 10 , I think.

I will also add, I forgot about my two pocket players after seeing that pic. Get him to make you one of those as well. Great for the soft talk and I always have one of them with me

That is the one place I have never been but im going to make it one of these years. I'm always really busy and never make it.

I just ordered a copper over glass in cocobolo. Can't wait for it to come in. I usually drown my post season sorrows with a new call and this thread and a lack of a copper call in my quiver made the decision easy.

Redbeard makes a nice pot call....and he's a fine gentleman. I'm especially fond of his son, Will. If you ever get the time to sit down and talk with him, you will understand why he enjoys the following he has. His calls will be turkey...and they will be hand-crafted. Red is the real deal.

I received his copper pot last week and it sounds awesome. It certainly isn't a loud "locator" type call but the yelps on it are the best I've ever heard. He is a super nice guy and I couldn't be happier with it. I will be keeping my eyes open for another one.
