Added a little flash to my shell holder. It's nice to have "Old Boney" tag along the ridges with me...Let's see how you all use your OG patches.......be safe....
Nice job Tom, that looks pretty sharp.
Looks good Tom. I really should do something with them other than having just sit in my desk. :-[ :-[
Thanks....yes I think they are too nice not to use them where you can.......be well
I still 5 or 6 more to put on, but it's a start.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240324/a28b2f54b3a5d594daf035d0be1d8827.jpg)

That's exactly what I'd like to do with mine, a big shadow board or display for the wall to showcase them
All well done!
Great ideas, fellers. I never have put the patches on anything, mainly because of my tendency to put holes in my fingers with a sewing needle. ;D
...Which brings up the question...does anybody know of a product that you can apply to the back of the patches and glue or iron them onto something where they will stay on?...

Overall I've had good luck with E6000

I did have one patch not stick well but I don't know if it was the patch backing or the glue. The glue has worked fine in several other uses

I'll confess my friend. My wife did the sewing.... :OGani:
All very nice! Tom I thought the question was about new ideas for future patches, how cool would it be to have boney with a push/pull in his hand!

Did you get your sewed on? Mine would never stick to the satchel.

Looks Great! Thats my plan in the future!
Great ideas guys. I'm putting one of mine on my vest, if I can sweet talk her to do the sewing.

I thought the patches were Iron on? I've been thinking about putting one of each on Glendas satchel. Bubba
Not the patches, but the idea of real small turkey feet on the shotgun....like i" on the side of the receiver, barrel, stock, etc. is what I am looking, but have not found anyone making them that small.

You can always get them cerakoted onto the stock. I've got a larger one cerakoted onto the bottom of the receiver on a double. (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240329/c27f6bcb6eda564218588a61ef6388ed.jpg)

Yes, pretty sure they are iron-on, but a lot of people sew them on. Some have issues with them not staying when they just iron them on.

I ironed mine on with no problem and it has held on fine so far.

Bravo. This is awesome
I ironed mine on to my satchel as shown above. It just takes some time and heat to get the glue to adhere. I hit both sides of the patch for a solid couple minutes and then it cool down. I'll likely hit it with some thread as well to secure it.
