I had one on my Winchester SXP. I really liked it. I liked how great my field of view was with it mounted so far down the barrel. Well built and solid as well.

It is everything others have said. Only disadvantage for me is that it requires me to raise my head off the stock. That takes some getting use to. A high cheek pad would probably fix that.
I have one on both my 11-87 20-gauge and my SP-10 10-gauge. Easy to install and work as intended. I'm a big fan of using red dots but I didn't want to drill into my SP-10. Meadow Creek was the answer and I've been very happy with it.
I do agree with Spurs Up that it causes some alignment issues, as would any sight on a shotgun meant for wingshooting. My face doesn't float off the stock, but I'm almost resting my jaw bone along the comb of the stock, rather than the cheek, for proper alignment to take place.

I put one on my stoeger 3020 and it's been pretty solid. Fell over backwards on it after slipping in the mud on a Creek bank and it stayed true. I do have to come off the stock a little but I find I'm rarely using proper shooting posture hunting turkeys anyways. Red dot helps with that. Being a bead shooter for 30 years, I found the position on the rib to be user friendly, for me at least, when trying to put the dot on a gobbler in the brush.
I like mine as well. Sighted in with slugs in my little 28 SBE and then TSS. Both were easy. I went with a green dot but the mount is solid. Z
Have a few of them, they are a fantastic alternative to drilling. Mounted a bit more forward does give you enhanced field of few. There are many options offered for various guns.....great guy to deal with too...
Purchased one for my 870 20Ga last year only had it for a couple weeks and had the gun drilled and tapped. Didn't like it so far forward.
My wife has a meadow creek rib mount on a beretta 391 20 gauge and have had no issues with it. The mount with a holosun sight have maintained zero and been trouble free. She likes the view of the sight being mounted further away. I prefer a receiver mounted site sitting closer to my eye
If you disasemble your shotgun for cleaning, I would imagine the rib mounted sight would go back together with less possible shift in POI vs a receiver mounted sight.
With the rib mount I do worry about the rib itself coming loose, but have not heard any reports of that happening.
I own two and never had a single problem with them. Excellent way to mount a red dot. My SX4 is drilled and tapped and I still prefer the Meadow Creek mount.
It's a good design.
I have his O/U mount on an NWTF Tristar 20 gauge, no issues...
