Actually it's Mexican Kingwood which has the same properties as Brazilian Kingwood but has a wavy grain pattern and strong purple to reddish purple color. That trumpet is about as good as it gets for Camatillo.

Sorry. Yes you are correct. I fixed it. I had a momentary lapse of reason typing. I know it's Mexican kingwood but have Cocobolo on the brain as I have worked with it a bunch last week. ;D
