Title: camo dipping?
Post by: ground control on February 14, 2011, 08:54:14 AM
Seems I read on here before the crash of a few places that do good work camo dipping guns. There was one place in Indiana that I was particularly interested in, but can't remember the name of the place. Anybody know what place I'm talkin about? I have a benelli that has the worst finish on it have ever seen on a gun. That thing started to rust a week after I bought it. I called benelli and they basically said sorry about your luck. Anyway, the rust gets worse cause the more I rub the barrel down to remove it the thinner the finish is getting. I have never seen anything like it. So I thought at some point I'd try to part with it long enough to get it dipped. Any ideas?

thanks guys! i've checked out tar-jac, camo solutions, and duckville imaging's websites. looks like it may be a "boat race". they all look great. guess i'll call and talk to each place and go from there. i wont be doin this till after season, so turnaround time won't be an issue. is one of them more durable, or thicker, than the others? again, thanks for the info!!! :thanks:
