Title: Choke fitment
Post by: SteveF on February 09, 2023, 06:06:12 PM
Hello all,

Is it normal that there is a thread or two showing once the choke is screwed down right?  When I screw the choke into the barrel and it stops and gets tight, there is a 1/16" or so gap.

Thank you,
Steve

most companies have started to do that as of late.   We been doing it for a few years.  We found that the end of some barrels was not true so it would push the choke off

Yeah I have seen this with several guns and chokes. I always have a look in the barrel and make sure that it is matching up.

Have a good one, Bo

Thanks William.  They are both Sumtoy 562's.  They look awesome and I'm excited to get to shoot them!
