It's micarta. Wanted to try something other than delrin. Delrin sounds great but just not a fan. The micarta looks awesome I think, ok to work with but has a bad taste that I hope goes away. Still learning and finding my way.

Not sure meleagris gallopavo. It's a piece of mystery wood I picked up at a yard sale. I and some on here think it's olive wood.
