What tss ammo and choke is getting the best patterns in the 20 gauges??
This year probably whatever you can get your hands on ????????
Don't have a 20 but in both my 12 gauges I get great patterns with Indian Creek Chokes. I have pretty much got really good to great patterns using Indian Creek chokes. If I had to choose another choke it would be from Sumtoy. Call Mr William and tell him your setup and what you are looking for in a pattern and he will square you away. Apex is very good in both my guns along with Rogue. Personally I have never shot them but have heard good things about Foxtrot ammo also. The federal might be worth looking at and a little cheaper also. And some others with a 20 gauge may want to answer this but about a .562 constriction seems to be a good starting point.

My gun patterns great with Sumtoy 562 and apex/nitros or handload #9s

Indian creek, Sumtoy and handloads. Less expensive also
On my gun I run a XFull Colonial Arms choke .570 constriction. It eats pretty much anything I feed it, but it really likes the Federal 8x10 TSS blends.
Running apex 9's through a .570 Indian Creek. Throws a very nice hunting pattern
Depends on what you consider the best. You want to shoot like a laser or cover a barn door? Either way, there are variances between 2 guns using the exact same choke.
Pick a brand of choke you like and try something in the .555 to .570 range for a 20 gauge. If you get lucky, the first one will be perfect. If not, try another size.
I shoot Boss 2oz 9s through a .555 in a remington 870 and .555 and .565 in tristar O/U. The .555 in both guns is a very small pattern so up close requires a tight aim.
My Remington patterned Rogue ammo #9s really well. I shoot a cheap Cabelas brand .575 choke and I was blown away with the pattern I got at 50.
Apex 9's and the factory full choke crio M2 20 gauge works really well for me.
