Anyone drill and tap there Benelli M1 90?  Any issues

Yep, done a few of them. No issues, just stay towards the back of the receiver.

Like he said . Use a 2 hole base and stay in the back of the receiver . It's too thin towards the front . Look inside the receiver and find how far the barrel shroud slides in . Don't drill from that point towards the barrel .
