Anybody know where I can purchase some corian for soundboards?

Give Lee at Misfire a call...he makes it sound like he has more than he can use. You can cut it with a hole saw  to get your shape and then cut it again with a band saw for your thickness.

What is the thickness needed????? And how are going to resaw the corain??

Funny thing.  At our county fair this week I was talking to a retailer who sells Corian.  He seemed interested in how the material is used for turkey calls.

He made the comment that a call maker could pick up scrap material from a kitchen/counter top re-modeler.  Also mentioned that Corian comes in 1/2" and 1/4" thickness (at least that what he carried), and could be planed to whatever thickness.
