Jay, go to photo bucket, find your team banner, open it then put the mouse on the picture and drop down menus will appear above the pic. Choose resize, it will be the third option over. when you get there, move the slider bar that will resize your picture. 570 by 200 is what mine is, you might want more. Save it as another picture in photobucket and call it resized. That way you have your original still if you need it.
