Kinda crazy, the best I did with my Rem 870/ Kicks .655 and Win LB 3" 6's was 214. Not sure what to make of the patterns this gun is turning. The 30 yd pattern is a solid pattern about the same size with the Win LB 5's. I would have thought the .655 would blow a 5 pattern. Im wondering if it will shoot XX 3/2/5's or any of the other Win Pb loads. I always considered .655 too tight for 5's. Might need to change my thinking. Gonna have to take this gun to the woods.
I shoot the. 5s they rip thru both of my. 870 sm
Goodness, that is ripping it up!
I'm gonna keep shooting them and see if the results are the same from box to box. Keep you posted.
Good tight pattern, but you need to adjust your sights, if you have them, to the center of your pattern, as it is high and to the left.

That's shooting with a bead aiming at the bottom of the target. Added adjustable sights this afternoon.

That should be a big help for you.
That is some more wicked pattern. I need to try some LB's in my 21" barrel. I average about 170 with the Hevi-13 2oz. #6's. I have not got it to shoot #5's worth a flip with lead shot.

Easy to sight the gun in..still a 9" pattern at 40.
That's incredible! That would be a good pattern at 30 yards, much less 40. That's got to be like 80+ percent of the pattern inside 10".

Serious pattern..if it stays consistent I may have to put a scope on the gun. Shooting tru glo magnum sights now.
Those Kicks tubes love the Winchester shells...I have had one for years in my 1187 Old school gun and it is nasty with all the Win shells.
Great pattern!! Good luck this season!!
Good pattern for sure. Gobbler should be taking a ride out of the woods over your shoulder. :OGturkeyhead:
