Ok guys here's the bird. 11.5in beard, 20.2lbs, 3/4 spurs.
I only had until 8am to hunt so I could leave to get ready for church. At 7:30 I hit the call and he gobbled twice. At 7:35 he was at 8 steps away strutting and gobbling. His gobble vibrated my chest he was so close. Because I feared having a heart attack I defended myself and the 935/SSX/LB 3.5 #6's sealed the deal!

Yea they are awesome. He had 2 very distinct spots on his head that was pouring blood. You might can tell on the pic if you zoom in

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
